Employees internally apply through their team manager or HR to reserve a time slot for their Workation with SEAPR, also selecting their preferred destination

Once approved by the company, the planning process begins. SEAPR will liaise directly with the employee, providing all necessary information prior to travel

Upon arrival at the chosen city, the employee  checks into the apartment and promptly settles in: Work during work hours, enjoy a new experience outside of those

Fully recharged and invigorated by their experiences, the employee returns to their home city, ready to push the team forward with renewed energy and enthusiasm
